Tape Head Demagnetizer/Cleaner

This is a pretty unusual item: a tape demagnetizer & head cleaner that plugs into your car cigarette lighter. I'm not sure why it's called a cleaner, because all it does is demagnetize the heads. In fact, the instructions say "If necessary, clean tape head with cotton swap moistened with isopropyl alcohol." From this I assume that the device does the demag, while I do the cleaning. Oh well.
